  Coming into the class I would say that I was confused and excited at the same time. I was confused because everything is on a blog website. I thought everything was going to be as usual go to a zoom class and have discussion. The part about me being was excited that I was doing art something that I really loved to do. Also this term was bit of a challenge of getting the work done for this but I did get the work. Along the way I learned  different things which makes me more attracted to art.  For this class it really took out of my comfort zone because normally for art I just draw whatever. For this class to read, take pictures, and come up with creative ideas. To me was so much fun just having to do. Being in this class it expanded makes want to make more pictures explain to other people about diagrams,colors, pattern, time, and motion.  Then also having to post them on Instagram. It gave me visual gallery of my art. I plan on using after term on my free time. Doing the work is like

  "Diagram allow us to see relationships that would not come forward in a straight list of numbers or verbal description... Diagrams can depict the anatomy of a creature, the heirarchy of a corporation, or the flow of ideas" (Lupton, 215).  Instagram: t.y.__ya_feel_me When I here the "diagram" charts, blueprints, and images that break the structure of something. I decided use a diagram that explains  photosynthesis. It was something that I had learned in middle and high school of my life. This was so important topic to talk about when I had science class.  While reading this chapter I learned that diagrams can breakdown a lot of the art that I have learn this term. To a diagram is a way of following steps and organizing things that you have going on. I really like this topic because it made think about this picture. 

  "Grid function  throughout society"(Lupton, pg.187).  Instagram: t.y.__ya_feel_me Modularity, Grid, and Pattern are use everywhere and we just do not notice it at all. So I decide to use old pictures that I have found in my phone that will help me out this topic. To me it was a little hard to find something or when I go nothing really interest me. But looking at my gallery I thought these pics really match. The pictures have a pattern because I am always taking at place good and different background. The pictures have a grid utilize everywhere. I also edit the photos just give a little effect.  Thank you for looking at my blog once again!

  "Layers allow the designer to treat the image as a collection of  assets... designers use layered files to generate"(Lupton, pg. 141).  I wanted to layer pictures that I have taken in my car while I am driving or at stop light. When layering different things it can be a bit of a mess. I have a collage of pictures that I wanted to put for my blog. All the pictures that I have just so random to me but I thought it match this topic. For the first image at I was going home and look at the sunlight and so then I went to my phone decide to take picture. The image came out to be really nice. The second image I was going to Palm Springs and went to to the drive a at Sonic's. The third image I was with best friend and we stop got a good angle for to show the radio, little bit inside the car, and the trees outside. Layer and Transparency creates a sense of depth in design.  Instagram: t.y.__ya_feel_me

  "A-frame can serve to either emphasize or downplay its contents... the frame is subservient to the content it surrounds, disappearing as we focus on the image or object on view, and yet the frame shapes our understanding of that content" (Lupton, pg. 117, 125).  Instagram: t.y.__ya_feel_me I wanted to framing to be little bit natural in this case. To me frames has memories and ideas with our surroundings. So I came across that was taken by friend of me and brother at the beach siting. Originally I was thinking of buildings but when I saw this I thought it was perfect. This frame shows us looking at the ocean and sunset going down. I thought the background was very organic in the frame from the rocks,sand, and the ocean. I just love how the way this frame actually came out I think it goes very well. Frames can be pleasing and keep the viewers focus on this.  Thank you for looking at my blog! I appreciate the support. 

  "All things exist in interactions with other things"(Lupton, pg. 98) Instagram: t.y.__ya_feel_me This was the hardest one for me to do. I had this idea of imagery and using real life things. I wanted to use this image to show what Lupton was talking about having things exist with other things. Most times drawings can appear to photographed objects. I like how there is different drawings that really go together. Which makes it a Gestalt Principle.  Thank you for looking at my blog once again!

  Album Covers and Pictures in Color "Color can convey a mood, describe reality, or codify information... Each bring to mind a general climate of colors, a palette of relationships"(Lupton, pg. 81).  Art can also be used in music and describe art in it too. I wanted to show some of my favorite album covers and pictures. Musicians express how the way feel all the time and the people who listen to them get the sense of it through their  album covers. By looking at a picture you can sense of the feeling too. Using color and images in the artwork that helps with their message getting across.  The colors are vibrant which goes together for image. With the colors of the image is all over the place just like the song.  It is very dull and dark colors. It is sort of has bright background to it. It gives this warm and comfortable vibe.  The multitude of colors here is visual trip. With different colors that has meaning to them.  Instagram: t.y.__ya_feel_me I really like this picture.

 " Texture is the tactile grain of surfaces and substances. Textures in our environment help us understand the nature of things" (Lupton, pg. 69-70).  Instagram: t.y.__ya_feel_me Repetition and change really was the main topic for me and stuck to me for this chapter. We see repetition and change in our everyday lives. Together keeps us seeing visually. For the first image I wanted you guys to see idea of repetition and change. Nike Air VaporMax Plus these are the shoes that I really want. This shoe is beautiful piece of art because it has the same pattern and repeats itself. The change is in the color of the shoe. Looking at the texture it seems to be soft and fine. For all these images it shows that.  For balance and scale I had two images that I have taken. The second image was taken by Warch at Lawrence last year that is balance and scale. Balance and scale equally match each other.   Lupton said, "Point, line, and plane forms a texture, patterns, diagrams" (Lupton, pg. 32). We see and use these things as eating an artwork.  Instagram: t.y.__ya_feel_me Looking at these drawings it has point and lines in both paintings. The lines are all over the drawings. The point are shown in the center of each artwork. Which brings the best out of both of them. It is a two dimensional so you can see several lines can compose a plane. People can really see that this has point,line, and plane.  I really admired these artworks when I was in another art class last term. What attract to me the drawing was lines, color, and how the way Erich Heckel drew the picture. The artist named is Erich Heckel. His work is known for painter and printmaker artist. The picture is actually made out  wood print when I first saw them. The first image is named Kneeling Woman and the second image is named Mädchenkopf. These objects can be seen and used in real life.  Thank you for looking at

  Pasadena's Suicide Bridge "Motion is a kind of change, and change takes place in time. Motion can be implied as well as literal"(Lupton, p. 215) Time and motion is something that is seen in art everyday. Motion and time is a good element that can be use in pictures. This week I decide to go place and take pictures describing Time and Motion.  Instagram: t.y.__ya_feel_me So me and my friend decide to go to this place called Pasadena's Suicide Bridge. This bridge is where a lot of people have actually committed a suicide here. So I wanted to capture the moments there at the bridge. It is a place that I thought of going too for long time and wanted to put it into this project.  Motion is seen in both photos that I have taken. It is motion in the first picture because cars are moving on the freeway. Also the lights in the picture some of them were turning off and on. The second picture is motion because it was taken from an angle and also moving at the same time. I want
